Why do we suffer even when we’re sincerely seeking happiness?

According to Tibetan Buddhism, the root of our struggle lies in four subtle, yet powerful misperceptions: we see what is impermanent as lasting, what is unsatisfactory as fulfilling, what is impure as beautiful, and what is selfless as solid and real. These “four wrong concepts” quietly shape how we relate to our lives, our relationships, and ourselves.

To counteract these, the Buddha offered four profound insights known as the Four Seals. In this course, we gently bridge these two—moving from distorted perception to liberating insight—exploring how correcting these four deep misunderstandings through an understanding of the four seals transforms not just our thinking, but our heart.

This is not philosophy for the head alone; it is wisdom meant to soften grasping, open compassion, and bring clarity to daily life. When perception shifts, the heart follows. And from that shift, freedom begins.

The class will include meditation and teachings. Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
