Foundations of Freedom: Approaching and Sustaining Meditation through the Three Principals of the Path

  • Thubten Norbu Ling 1807 2nd Street Santa Fe, NM, 87505 United States (map)

Dates: Sundays Jan 11 – Feb 1 | 10:00-11:30 am (MST) |

Meditation becomes deeply transformative when rooted in a clear understanding of the path. In this three-week series, we’ll explore how the Three Principal Aspects of the Path—renunciation, bodhicitta, and the wisdom realizing emptiness—form the foundation for a stable and meaningful meditation practice.

Through guided meditations, short talks, and discussion, we’ll examine how these timeless teachings can help us approach meditation with sincerity, sustain it with compassion, and deepen it with wisdom. Whether you are new to Buddhist practice or wish to refresh your foundation, this series offers a practical way to align your meditation with the heart of the path to awakening.

In person and online at Thubten Norbu Ling in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
